Refund Policy

Courses on stormwaterplanning.us are sold and delivered by HAZWOPER OSHA Training, LLC. Refunds follow the HAZWOPER OSHA Training Refund Policy, which controls if anything here differs. This page summarizes it.

In summary

• You may cancel within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
• After 30 days, you receive a credit for the full amount paid toward a course of equal or lesser value.
• No refund or credit is issued once 65% or more of the course has been completed, once the certificate of completion has been issued, if the learner did not pass the course assessments within the allowed attempts, or if the learner did not pass the required identity validation.
• Expedited certificate processing or mailing is not refundable once that service has been provided.
• Refunds go to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear.
• International and overseas registrations are non-refundable. Learner substitutions are allowed before the course is started.
• Courses bought on this Site are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.

How to cancel or request a refund

Call 1-866-429-6742 (Monday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific) or email info@hazwoper-osha.com with your name, order email, and the course or seats to cancel. You must give notice of cancellation to receive a refund or credit, or to cancel an invoice.

Your rights under law

This policy does not limit any right you have under federal or state law, including rights relating to billing errors. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will look into it promptly.
