Michael J. Conroy, CSP, CHST, OSHA-Authorized Trainer
Michael J. Conroy brings nearly four decades of hands-on safety and emergency-response experience to the training programs he develops and delivers. He began his career as an EMT/paramedic in 1982 and became a firefighter/paramedic in 1986, going on to serve for decades in the fire service before retiring as a Battalion Chief/Paramedic in 2017.
Alongside his emergency-response career, Michael built a parallel career in occupational safety, holding the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) credentials, as well as OSHA-Authorized-Trainer status. Combined, his emergency-response and safety careers represent approximately 40 years of experience, a background that informs the practical, field-tested approach to stormwater compliance training used in our courses.
