Completion date, certificate ID, and applicable certificate validity period (24 months for QSP Practitioner, 36 months for SWPPP Preparer).

Issuing Provider

HAZWOPER OSHA Training, LLC, referencing Clean Water Act / NPDES / Construction General Permit-aligned training content. See Certificate Policy.
