## ACCEPTABLE USE
Use the site and courses only for lawful purposes and your own (or your organization's
authorized) training. No scraping, automated data extraction, reverse engineering, or
unauthorized redistribution of course content.

## ACCOUNT / MEMBERSHIP
Accurate registration information required. Account holder responsible for
credentials and activity on their account. One certificate is issued per individual
who completes and passes the course under their own identity.

## INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All course content, text, video, graphics, and site design are owned by or licensed
to HAZWOPER OSHA Training, LLC / stormwaterplanning.us. Limited, non-exclusive right
to access content for personal training use. Short quotes may be reused with clear
attribution; bulk copying, resale, redistribution, or automated/scraped retrieval of
course materials is prohibited.

## PAYMENT & REFUNDS
Course fees are due at enrollment. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the

Courses provide training and issue a certificate of completion; they are not a
government license, EPA certification, NPDES certification, or California QSP/QSD
qualification. Content is provided for general
compliance education; users remain responsible for confirming what their specific

## LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HAZWOPER OSHA Training, LLC's liability
arising from use of the site or courses is limited to the amount paid for the course
in question. No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Effective date: August 18, 2026. These terms govern your use of stormwaterplanning.us and enrollment in courses delivered by HAZWOPER OSHA Training, LLC.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing stormwaterplanning.us or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or enroll in a course. Courses are delivered by HAZWOPER OSHA Training, LLC ("HAZWOPER OSHA Training," "we," "us," or "our"), 11901 Santa Monica Blvd Suite #414, Los Angeles, CA 90025.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the site and courses only for lawful purposes and for your own, or your organization's authorized, training. You agree not to scrape, harvest, or use automated tools to extract data or content from the site; not to reverse engineer or attempt to bypass course access controls; and not to interfere with the security or normal operation of the site.

3. Account & Enrollment

You agree to provide accurate registration and enrollment information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Certificates of completion are issued to the individual who personally completes and passes the applicable course and are not transferable to another person.

All course content, including text, video, graphics, quizzes, and site design, is owned by or licensed to HAZWOPER OSHA Training, LLC and/or stormwaterplanning.us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Enrollment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access course content for your own training use. Short quotes from course or site materials may be reused with clear attribution to stormwaterplanning.us. Bulk copying, resale, redistribution, republication, or automated/scraped retrieval of course materials or site content is prohibited without our prior written consent.

5. Payment & Refunds

Course fees are due at the time of enrollment. Cancellations, refunds, and store-credit terms are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Disclaimers

Courses provide instructional training content and, upon successful completion, a certificate of completion. A certificate of completion is not a government-issued license, EPA certification, NPDES certification, or California QSP/QSD qualification. See Credential Transparency for a full explanation. Course content is provided for general compliance education, and you remain responsible for confirming what training your specific federal, state, tribal, territorial, or local permit requires.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HAZWOPER OSHA Training, LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the site or a course is limited to the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms
